AgGeorgia Farm Credit is pleased to announce the hiring of Julie Ann Akins as a Relationship Manager in our Sandersville office. A native of Berrien County, Ms. Akins graduated from The University of Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science. She grew up on her family farm raising beef cattle and growing cotton, peanuts and corn with her father, a sixth generation farmer. Julie Ann previously worked for The University of Georgia Tifton Campus doing cotton research.
Ms. Akins looks forward to using her agricultural background to service the needs of residents of Baldwin, Glascock, Hancock, Jones, Warren and Washington Counties.
