AgGeorgia Farm Credit is pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Kyzer to the position of Chief Appraiser. A native of Richmond County, Sam graduated from Columbus State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He began his career with AgGeorgia in 2012, bringing over 11 years of experience in appraising rural properties. Having most recently held the position of Senior Appraiser with AgGeorgia, Mr. Kyzer is a State Certified General Appraiser and in 2020 earned the designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Sam is involved in various segments of agriculture including owning and managing timber and beef cows. He is very active in the Waynesboro community where he resides with his wife, Anne Marie, and their two children.
